SHIPPING PROCESS

  • Handling time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Processing times may vary due to stock availability, seasonal demand, or national holidays.
  • For orders with multiple items, processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing duration.

FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING

  • Martisha offers FREE express shipping on all orders.
  • Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7-12 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, and external delays.
  • After receiving your tracking number, please allow 1-3 days for tracking updates. If there is no update after 3 days, contact us for immediate assistance.

MERGING ORDERS & MULTIPLE PACKAGES

  • Orders may be merged into one shipment (possibly multiple packages) to expedite processing. If you prefer separate shipments, please leave a note at checkout.
  • To reduce the risk of damage, large or heavy orders may be split into multiple packages.
  • Customs authorities process shipments based on commercial invoices. Splitting into multiple packages does notimpact customs processing or fees.

ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Some countries may only update tracking upon arrival, so do not worry if updates are delayed.
  • If the estimated shipping timeframe has passed without an update, please contact us for support.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes imposed by their country.
  • If a parcel is refused or undelivered and returned, both import duties and return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If these fees exceed the original payment amount, a refund will not be issued.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING NOTICE

  • If purchasing items for a holiday or special occasion, we do not recommend ordering during peak holiday seasons due to potential delays.
  • Martisha is not responsible for shipments that do not arrive by specific dates.
