MARTISHA RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • All returns must be approved by Martisha before shipment.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, including all original parts and packaging.
  • If the return is not due to damaged or defective merchandise, the return should be shipped prepaid. Exchanges will be processed only after the original product is received, examined, and the re-shipping fee is paid.
  • The return shipping fee will only be reimbursed when the return or exchange is a result of our error or damaged/defective merchandise, provided the fee does not exceed 50% of the product’s total amount.
  • A shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR MISSING ITEMS

  • Contact us immediately after receiving your parcel. Claims must be made within 10 days of delivery.
  • Do not discard the packaging (outer box, bubble wrap, and packing slip), as these are required for investigation.
  • For issues regarding missing items, an unboxing video is required as proof. Pictures or other proof formats will not be accepted.

HOW TO RETURN

  • To initiate a return, contact us within 10 days of delivery, providing your order number, details of the items you wish to return, and the reason.
  • Once approved, we will provide you with the return address.
  • Martisha is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments. We recommend using tracking and insurance for added security.

AFTER RETURN PROCESSING

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of our decision via email.
  • If your return meets the requirements:
    • You will receive a full refund if the return was due to our error.
    • You will receive a partial refund (shipping costs deducted) if the return was not due to our error.

Note: Items purchased at a discount or during promotions are not eligible for refunds.

REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds or reshipments will not be issued if delivery failed due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided at checkout.

CANCELLATION & ORDER CHANGE POLICY

  • Cancellation or changes must be requested immediately after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • We may not be able to process changes if the order is already being processed.
  • Changes can only be made if the order is still unfulfilled and not in processing.
  • International shipping is costly and may involve customs fees. Please check your cart and shipping details carefully before ordering to avoid cancellation and return fees. If a return is made, the customer will be responsible for round-trip shipping fees and possible customs fees.
