The item must be unused and in its original condition.
All original packaging, tags, accessories, and included items must be returned.
Return requests must be approved by our support team before being shipped back.
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received, Martisha will work with you to resolve the issue and may reimburse eligible return shipping costs.
For returns that are not related to product defects or shipping errors, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Exchanges will be processed once the original item has been received and inspected.
We carefully inspect all orders before shipment, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 10 days after delivery.

Keep all original packaging materials, including the shipping box and packing slip.
Provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
For missing-item claims, an unboxing video may be required to verify the contents of the package upon arrival.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of packages that are lost in transit.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
If the return is approved:
A full refund will be issued when the return is the result of our error, such as receiving the wrong, damaged, or defective item.
For approved returns not related to product defects or shipping errors, the refund amount may exclude original shipping costs and applicable return shipping charges.
Refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method.
Items purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or limited-time discounted campaigns may not be eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If an order is returned due to refusal of delivery, incorrect address information, or failure to complete customs requirements, applicable shipping and handling charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
